Services & Digital Products

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable due to their electronic delivery. If you experience access issues, please contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible.

For marketing services (including web design, SEO, social media management, and paid advertising), the scope, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a proposal, invoice, or onboarding document. Services will not commence until payment has been received in accordance with the agreed terms.

Failure to make required payments may result in services being paused, suspended, or terminated.

Membership & Ongoing Services

All membership packages and ongoing service agreements are subject to a minimum commitment period of six (6) months from the service start date.

By entering into a membership or monthly package, you agree:

• To remain on the service for the full minimum term

• That early cancellation within this period is not permitted unless explicitly agreed in writing

Following the minimum term, services will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless cancelled in writing.

Payments & Refunds

Payments for services and digital products must be made through our designated payment platforms, which may include Stripe or other secure payment providers. All prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on purchased digital products. However, if you accidentally make a duplicate purchase or experience technical difficulties, we will review your case and may issue a refund at our discretion.

For marketing services, refunds will only be granted if stipulated in the specific service agreement. If a client is unsatisfied with a service, we encourage them to contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

For our marketing services, the deposit is non-refundable once a first draft matching the client’s specifications, as outlined in the proposal, has been provided. This ensures that both parties are committed to the project and that the work has been initiated based on the agreed scope. If the first draft has been delivered and the client decides not to proceed, the deposit will be retained as payment for the work completed.

Non-Payment & Service Suspension

Invoices must be paid within four (4) calendar days of the invoice issue date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If payment is not received within this timeframe, Blackbird Marketing reserves the right to:

​

• Suspend all services immediately

• Temporarily restrict access to or take the website offline

• Pause hosting, optimisation, maintenance, or support

Services will only resume once all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

​

We accept no liability for any loss of traffic, leads, rankings, revenue, or business disruption resulting from suspension due to non-payment.

Direct Debit & Automatic Payments

Where Direct Debit or automatic payment methods are used:

• Clients must ensure valid payment details are maintained

• Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension

• Automatic retries may be attempted where applicable

The absence of a Direct Debit mandate does not exempt the client from payment obligations.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, designs, logos, and digital products, is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property rights remain with Blackbird Marketing. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent.
